My fiance'and I are extremely happy to announce that our I129F has been approved !!! We are concerned now though because of the conditions in manila now. The weather has not been kind. It seems that there is terrible flooding due to 2 typhoons to hit there back to back,and the US embassy is flooded as well. Does anyone have a clue as to when they will be able to open again? Or; is there any alternate plan in place so the US Dept. of State can resume business there in Phils??

congrats.. saw ur timeline it took 78 days to get your case approved... just curious if you put up any expedite request.?.... i heard VSC is giving NOA2 faster now ...

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

No, I did not request any expidite, just waited. They do seem to be moving along rather quickly now. As a matter of fact, both me and a friend of mine and his fiance' were also approved same day LOL. He sent his in a week later than I did. I've also discovered now that the embassy is open.

11/5/11 Another NOA2 Notice?

11/8/11 Called NVC get my Case Number / Received.

11/14/11 Paid Interview Visa using BPI / No interview date due to slow website update!

11/16/11 Medical

12/1/11 Interview

12/1/11 - 221g - Need police clearance qatar. SIGH

12/4/11 Hired a P.R.O to do the police clearance in Qatar

12/29/ P.R.O Mailed the PCC to my fiance using DHL

1/3/12 Received PCC from QATAR, dog chewed it :(

1/4/12 Sent the taped PCC to USEM

1/6/12 USEM received 221g

2/14/12 - APPROVED happy valentines day!

Why does Igor's stats show that CSC is processing July 1st cases, when their last approval was one person on the 28th the approvals before that were all the 22nd.

Where as VSC is pumping them out daily and is at June 8th according to Igor's stats? While they have almost 50% of June cases (of VJ members) processed!!
