Sending in the I-129F tommorrow morning

Timeline

So tommorrow is the big day after some delays and some double checking its ready to go

Money order in the amount of $340? Check

I-129F? Check

I-129F Supplement: Part B Question 18? Check

G-325A and passport style photo (Petitioner)? Check

G-325A and passport style photo (Beneficiary)? Check

Copy of US passport ALL PAGES? (Petitioner)? Check

Official translation of Iranian birth certificate (petitioner)? Check

Letter certifying intent to marry (Petitioner)? Check

Letter certifying intent to marry (Beneficiary)? Check

Proof of having met in the person in the past two years? Check

What I included:

*Copy of Passport stamp from US passport

*Copy of Passport stamp from my Iranian passport (all Iranian nationals are required to use their iranian passport to enter iran)

*OFFICIAL translation of Iranian passport stamps from PERSIAN CALENDER to GEORGIAN CALENDER from FoxTranslate.com

*Copy of Return Boarding pass from trip this summer

*Copy of Ticket stub from Iran to Germany

*Copy of Ticket stub from Germany to US

*Copy of luggage tags and identification tags

*Two different itineraries from the same trip, one before I left and one when I was in Iran at lufthansa headquarters that shows I had flown

*Pictures from two different trips (3 total pictures)

Anything else I might be missing?

Unfortunately I only had one boarding pass and two ticket stubs from my RETURNING ticket from my trip this summer. I lost the rest. Overall not bad for a 21 year old guy :lol:

You might want to add a cover letter and list your documents in the order you stack them just so they can find them easily. Also, include the G-1145 if you want to be notified of when they receive your packet. Other than that, you seem good to go! :thumbs:

You might want to add a cover letter and list your documents in the order you stack them just so they can find them easily. Also, include the G-1145 if you want to be notified of when they receive your packet. Other than that, you seem good to go! :thumbs:

Yeah I got a cover letter and G-1145, forgot to mention that. I followed everything like VJ told me to :dance:

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

We will follow together, I mailed mine yesterday after a couple delays also. I sent mine overnight, and it should be delivered today by 12. I am so excited. I hope it takes less than 5 months.. we sort of want to get married here.

How about a cover letter for the entire package, see the Example Forms.....

and...

a letter decribing in words the evidence documenation....just to tie all those together in a very short explanation.
