now lets race with DOS prediction they are preicting three to six week advancement in f2a category........it's sad...but one thing is sure, they are not utilising 88000 visas for f2a...we should do something.....

i had started one thread about my doubt about that they are using as less as possible visas this year for f2a and about 30 to 40% visas vl be lapse this year.....plz we should do something.....plz give ur ideas in that thread...

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do,i have written to senators,govenors even the white house in the last 7 months about the retrogression and the state of the NVC and their answers are all the same....they have no control over the NVC they are a law unto themselves and they and they alone decide when we get visas,if i can find the letter i received from dept of state dated April 2010 i will post it on here for you all to read....

lets wait for 29th sept..visa interview letters but i still believe that at some point they have to speed up f2a ...may be after 3 or 4 VBs...bcaz they cannot lapse more than 40% of our visas and one more thing its true that in 2009, f2a filing is much less than 2007 and 2008...

As My earlier point in other thread, I believe 2009 PD is loaded of maximum numbers. I think we had wrong estimate of 2009 visa numbers. must be same amount of 2010.

but good thing is that it brought less wait time! like 2.8 years!!

good work friend..i also would like to write to nvc about usage of f2a...please friend write to NVC regarding visas lapses of f2a.....out of 88000 visas they are issuing only 30000 visas in the past years and 50000 visas in the recent years.....

plz friends wirte to nvc,senetors,governers,dos and dhs all the authorities who have concern with nvc...

Per DOS, F2A moves 2 to six weeks/month in the coming weeks, so it is going to take entire FY-2012 to complete all 2009 cases.

Guys-wake up. Have you been watching how EB guys (immigrationvoice) voiced their concerns. I strongly believe that our concerns not are heard at Capitol Hill as well as WH. The unitefamilies.org is almost dead now-either we should join our hands and give a jump start unitefamilies or start a new organization.

Unless otherwise WE UNITE AND FIGHT -WE WON'T SUCCEEED. OR WAIT IN THE LINE FOREVER. Also both NVC and DOS are very lazy with using less than 50% of availavle visas out of available 88k visas for F2A.
