Are you saying you already had a wife when you got married to the US citizen???? If that were the case your marriage to the USC is not considered valid, if I'm not strongly mistaken (VJers correct me if I'm wrong), so there is no basis to file a visa on.

Happy Ramadan.

There is no easy cheap fast way....your wife has to apply with USCIS for a I-130 and she needs to have a lot of proof of relationship, so I would advise she keeps copies of the plane boarding pass, pictures, phones bills, copies of your conversations online, and emails....Casablanca is tuff.

Good luck.

thanks guys for your replies  ..but i still wonder if i'll get the visa by file the DS-230 in casablanca only without her file the I-130 for USCIS in you US, or the I-130 is very important to get the visa ? thanx again .

Hi listen ur wife need to get 1-130 form from the USCIS web site, fill it out, pay 420$, fill out the G-325A biography for u and her (2), affidavit of support also she can find it in the USCIS forms, get a letter from her job stating how much money she makes per year, u need to send her a picture with white backgrown and she needs to take a picture the same white backgrown and more things. All the intructions are on the I-130 form and all she needs to give them, marriage licence, translated to english all has be translated to english, USCIS will not accept it in french or arabic. I did mine by myself I marry in morocco too. if u need more help just feel free to ask me...and this pettion has to be done here in the USA not in Morocco!...Also she can find an agency called "International Institud" this agency can help her with all this....Good luck...

I-864

$420 for I-130

$80 for I-864 intake

$404 for immigrant visa

whatever the going rate is for the medical in Morocco

whatever the rate is for paperwork you need to obtain (police records, birth certificate)

shipping costs of paperwork from US to Morocco - if she sends you additional paperwork

You may want to consider all the red flags you may have in your case. Marrying so quickly after coming for a visit in June certainly can trigger a red flag. How old are you and how old is your wife?

Edit to add: I'm moving this topic to Cr-1 visa forum.

She needs to apply for CR1. Please, see directions here.

CR1 is a visa. "She" is a US Citizen, so would never apply for a visa. The US Citizen spouse starts the spouse visa process by filing a petition in behalf of their foreign spouse. That petition is the I-130 but what is filed is significantly more than that. Once that petition is approved, the foreign spouse will be allowed to apply for a visa.

I suggest the US Citizen join VJ, read the CR1 visa guide and decide whether they wish to proceed on their own or hire professional assistance.

Impossible to do anything on the DS-230, without first filing an I-130.

Yer probably confused with the DS-230 intake for a K-3 visa, that's done at Casa,

where the DS-230 intake for a CR-1 visa is done at the NVC office in the USA.

Both thingies require an I-130 to be filed; in yer case - to the lockbox address in Chicago, USA.
