has there been anyone that has went to the interview which had a ban and did not have to do any waivers??? if have been denied but given the opportunity to do a waiver, how long until u recieved the second interview? Is better to take the waivers completed and ready to be given at the time for the first interview?? does anyone know how that works???

Unless your ban has been served, a waiver is necessary.

Since you are from Mexico, the length of your waiver wait will depend on your situation and wether you can qualify for the pilot program or if your case will be referred. No one here can tell you that since it is up to the adjudicator to determine that.

Bring the waiver to your interview so when it is denied, you can submit the waiver immediatly (which I think is the case in CDJ)

Good luck

Never heard of this

I think in Mexico its more of an appointment to turn in the paperwork than an interview

Is better to take the waivers completed and ready to be given at the time for the first interview??

You can but you will be asked to bring back later

does anyone know how that works???

go to www.i2us.net they have tons of information on the Mexican waiver process

Writing the waviers is much more than just filling in some forms. You need to demonstrate that it is a hardship for the petitioning USC to live wihtout you and that the USC can't possibly move to be with you. immigrate2us.net has some really great help for writing good waviers.

check out www.immigrate2us.net ASAP. It's the best help for this situation.

my fiance was just denied and we are doing waiver through Juarez as well. You should have received your reason for denial, and a checkbox stating that you are eligible for the waiver. You'll have to schedule a separate waiver appointment. The wait time is about 40 days. For example, my fiance was denied July 15 and our waiver appointment is August 31st.

Check out the above website and PM me if any questions.
