After weeks of gathering and signing and checking and re-checking and checking again and MORE checking... the I-129f has been collected by FedEx. And so begins the wait...

ROC: NOA1 11-7-14; Biometrics 12-1-14; 10-yr Green cards ordered 4-13-15! (157 days total)

i wish i can just fall asleep and wake up when my NOA 2 is approved! i hate this waiting, and checking of my computer every 2mins to see if i have gotten something from USCIS. and it has only been about 46 days since i got my NOA1!! mannn i have a long way to go. its driving me insane! God help me. :o

When your NOA 2 is approved? You mean when your petition is approved. A NOA2 does not necessarily mean you are approved. The VJ term NOA2 is your second notice of action on your case. If you get a RFE, then your RFE will be your NOA2 and your approval will be your NOA3. everyone should really stop using the NOA terminology. It's receipt notification, approval notification, RFE notification, Denial notification and many others.

Filling out these papers and going through this process is a tremendous task and even after all is said and done with the initial petition it still goes on from there. More paper work and more fees. But in the end we all do it because what we have is worth it. It sucks, I know. It is long, I know, but is so worth it. I wish you the best! As well as all of you here that are waiting for your NOA2s. I swear the great feelings are yet to come!!!!
