It's good that NVC has your case, but you still have to wait for them to input it in their system, thus generating a case number. But there are still lots of people ahead of you waiting for their case numbers. All you can do is wait, and like I suggested, call a NVC operator everyday.

While you're waiting, I highly suggest getting the AOS and IV packages together. Double and triple check all forms and documents. If you have these ready now, as soon as each bill appears as PAID, you can mail them off.

thank you for your advice..im just worried cuz my husband cant do anything now..i might just call nvc..hope i will do it right or else my hubby kill me lol..god bless to all of us and im praying everything will be ok..:)all of us will get approve soon..

Just call an operator at NVC and ask if a case number has been generated yet. That's all you have to say.

Thanks I may be lucky!!! I called tonight and they said DS-260 and documents all processed and fine. They said half-way through reviewing my AOS and should call back tomorrow for an update. Wow that's super fast! I'm sure itll take a while for CC though...

It'll only show up in the computer once the package gets to an officer. And it usually takes 2-3 weeks to get CC (if no RFE).

You can try calling DOS. Their number is 202-663-1225. Press 1 and then 0. Just tell them you had your interview on June 9th, and would like to know if there's been any update. They'll then ask for your case number and look it up for you.

I received a series of emails this morning from the NVC. The first on just confirmed that I was eligible for further processing. I tried to log in but still got SIF. Then I got another email saying that they have accepted our DS-3032 email that we sent just yesterday morning. Then one more email saying that my AOS fee was ready to be paid. Tried logging in again and BAM... Paid it and received my confirmation emails.

Am I silly to think that since they accepted our DS3032 today that it could be ready to be paid before the weekend?

I could be finished with this whole deal by end of next week! YAY!

It's a far bit of a stretch. It is possible though. I paid my fees early in the morning around 7-8 am and the next day the status was changed to paid around 9 am and I could print off my barcode cover sheets.

Well I mean as far as the IV fee being ready to be paid. Do you think that could be ready to be paid this week? Or will that take some more time? Because I think that them receiving the DS-3032 will prompt them to enter what need to be done for the IV fees right???

Hard to say. The current processing has been kinda off compared to what it was traditionally. We'll find out tomorrow for sure! :)

I talked to my hubby on lunch break and he is so excited! He had received all the emails too but they took about 6 hours longer to get to him lol. He said GO PAY FEES!!! I laughed and told him I did that 7 hours ago lol!

He did receive an auto response about the DS-3032 saying they received the email.. but not necessarilly that they have accepted it. Wow so much progress in just a few days it seems!

Hi everyone! We finally got our NVC case number yesterday and I have a question about emailing the DS-3032. I've read to send the email immediately after getting the case number, but I've also read that you should wait for the NVC email first. Should I (the beneficiary) be sending it out now, or after we receive the NVC email about the DS-3032 and AOS bill?

Have been trying to sign in to the payment portal with the case number and IIN, but we keep getting the SIF message. I don't think our bills have been generated yet. Well, the operator did tell hubby that we wouldn't be able to do anything with the IIN # right now.
