Ok thanks guys, really appreciate it. Pd is jan 2009 and case was completed on dec 5 2010. Going to tell mom that she needs to prepare one and fed ex it to me so I can have it when they schedule me for an interview. Thanks again guys.

1) Why do you need Fedex; you can scan or send an online copy right...

2) I am little confused on AOS forms; what are they--- do we need them to be submitted during interview.

As the creator of the spreadsheet, I think I should restrict the write access to myself and a few members here. Anyone else who wants to update the interview dates in the future can post the good news in VJ, and we are responsible for update. Any objections?

thanks benefit for making this file , its very useful , however i dont know why some crazy people can't recpect and make such problems, now that you edit it i can't read the dates!! they are messed up! can you fix it please????

Yeah. They need the original AoS. I don't have to send an updated one to NVC but can just bring it to the interview when scheduled. They said I won't need a new one but I like to be proactive.

What it is AOS? Explain me, please.

Affadavit of Support. Its aim is to prove to the governemnt that the petitioner can finiancially support the beneficiary at least for a year and not become a charge of the state. There is a guideline that one has to earn more than the povery level. You can check www.travel.state.gov and follow the instructions for more in depth information. Hope that helps.

So this means that I must fill out the form I 864 (AOS) and bring to the interview with me? And bring 1040 form and W2 form. Right?

so finally we can conclude that no person with pd dec 2008 has got interview....so cutoff date should be 1st dec 2008....one more thing, i think this time visa bulletin vl be released a bit latter around 12 or 14 august...
