4/4/2011 - I129F received by USCIS (Priority date)

4/5/2001 - Post Office Return Receipt signed by USCIS

4/6/2011 - USCIS receipt date

4/7/2011 - Received e-mail/text NOA1

4/8/2011 - Touched

4/12/2011 - Receipt received via snail mail (I797C)

8/29/2011 - Received email/text NOA2

9/2/2011 - NVC received (no NVC # assigned yet)

9/2/2011 - Received hardcopy of NOA2

9/6/2011 - NVC Havana case number assigned

9/16/2011 - NVC forwarded case to Havana

9/19/2011 - NVC generated informational letter to me

9/23/2011 - Received letter from NVC via snail mail

10/6/2011 - Packet received by US Interest Section in Havana

10/18/2011 - Amel received telegram advising him when to pick up packet

12/05/2011 - Amel had blood work and x-rays done in preparation for medical examination

12/12/2011 - Amel picked up packet of forms at the USINT in Havana.

01/10/2012 - Amel had his medical exam today.

03/01/2012 - Interview: APPROVED!

03/20/2012 - Visa received.

3/23/2012 - Carta blanca, etc. requested

March filers too! (and I sent mine to the Texas SC only to find out it was transferred to Vermont)....aigh!

Visa is in Sydney - 8July11
Police and fingerprint check we ordered 7/7/11
Background check returned 16/8/11
Packet 3 arrived in Sydney 17/8/11
INTERVIEW... praying big time.. 13/9/11
praying for POE around 27 Sep
Wedding- 11/11/11

RFE for all bank statements since marriage - 4/18/14 - returned 4/19/14

(smacking head - sent everything but kitchen sink AND all those as

I --silly I know-- thought only needed a few over course of marriage- NOPE-

all needed)

still waiting on 10 yr Green Card Approval as of 18 May....

You all need to chill a little bit...VSC is so slow at the moment is not even funny. I am January and still waiting! You just have to be patient.

agreed...I am a january filer too! But anyway..come on VSC, hurry thru them ALL!

March filers too! (and I sent mine to the Texas SC only to find out it was transferred to Vermont)....aigh!

They don't process I129F 's in Texas it is only where we send them and then they either transfer to Vermont or Calif. depending on where you live.

For the record, I am chilled. I am just trying to wish them to hurry up. I realize they will have to pass January, February and March to get to April. I wish ALL of us a speedy approval.

Good luck on your wait. There will be rough times but just stay positive. Hang in there. :thumbs:

We won't. We're just hoping VSC do their job and catch up all their back log. So we all can run smoothly :yes: :yes:

I'm the Jan filer too. It seems so random, even the same NOA1 date, NOA2 date can be in May or June, now July is coming...Just can count on luck...I need to remember what Father said: Love is patient. Good that my fiance is acting the calm one when I get anxious.

I've been thru that phase myself, used to check the status everyday, even multiple times a day sometimes. Now all I do is wait, patiently of course! Don't worry people we will all make it to our loved ones!

This site has a listing of VSCs in queue. Kinda of like NCAA basketball last team in. It list last 20 (NOA2)
