no sense to expedite when the case cannot be issued a visa because it is not current. It will speedily get to the nvc and stop. AP does not even seem like an option.

Ricardo is correct. I am sorry for your situation but unfortunately, expedites are only possible when a visa number is available, and you have about a four year wait from when you filed for that to happen.

IF your case is approved and was sent to the NVC THEN your will need to call the NVC on the notice that you would have receive and make the request.

IF the case is with USCIS and since you already filed all them again - on the notice that you would have received to place your request.

Miami is correct- I looked at the forum this is posted in, rather than remembering the OP. Sorry! So yes, expedite is available. Make sure you have letters from your doctor and chances it will be approved are very good.

***** Moving from Bringing Family Members of LPRs... to CR1 forum as OP is a US citizen *****
