Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I understand you are upset. But you keep asking the same questions over and OVER again. MANY people have told you what is going to happen.

1)Your petition is being sent back to USCIS. That is quite clear, and not sure why you don't understand this part.

2)Once your petition gets to USCIS, it will take about 6 months for them to review your petition.

3)After USCIS reviews your petition, they will either reaffirm without any other evidence from you, OR they will send your wife a Notice of Intent to Revoke, which will give you guys a chance to give the USCIS more evidence, and THEN after receiving your evidence, they will make a decision to EITHER reaffirm your petition, or deny it.

4)If USCIS reaffirms your petition, USCIS will send it back to Casablanca where they will schedule you another interview.

It seems your wife has done what she can. She has contacted her senator, and the senator will be in contact with the appropriate people. You two NEED to go over every single question asked, every answer you gave, how your body language was, what you saw about the consular officers body language, etc.

With all due respect to you sir, as I know this is a bad time for you guys, YOU NEED TO CALM DOWN!!! Freaking out will get you NO WHERE, and will actually make you LESS productive. And just out of curiosity, why doesn't your wife come on this site?? Maybe she could be a little more clear and concise with her responses.

P.S....please stop posting the same questions over and over and over again, and all over the boards. Maybe you should ask a moderator to put this in MENA, as MENA is a different beast from other countries. You may be able to get more specific consulate questions answered there.

Good luck to you, and please, you have gotten some very straight-forward advice on what to do from MANY people, nobody can tell you WHY you were denied, we can only SPECULATE based on the information you have given us. We are actually more clueless than you because we were not at the interview, and we are not in your relationship.

Never give up on anything God has told you to believe for; never quit doing anything He has clearly shown you to do. Your diligence will pay off with a blessing from God." -Joyce Meyers
