That's great news!! Congrats!

We recently recived the NOA1 and I hope to have the same luck as you with the NOA2. Where is the service center you filed at? Did you put the paperwork together yourself or did you hire a lawyer? I did the paperwork myself and my filing center was Texas however, they had to reroute it to Vermont for whatever reason. Now we are PATIENTLY waiting...

As far as next steps I believe the USCIS will send the petition to the NVC and then from there it goes to your fiance's US Embassy where they will process the request, run background checks, do the interview, etc...

Congrats!!! Unbelievable, BUT MINE TOO. Accepted 3/9; approved 5/23. I cannot express how happy I am and can't wait until my Fiancee wakes up and calls me in (her) morning. She will be shocked and blown away. I really appreciate all the posts that are here that have kept me motivated and answered so many questions. Thanks to all. I'll keep posting our progress.

Thank you!! It's surreal. I sent my petition to the Dallas Lockbox and then they sent it to the California Service Center. I did everything myself, thanks to this website. I couldn't have done it without all the ppl and information on this website.
