Got my NOA2 approved today

Interestingly exactly after 6 months and 1 day I got the text message with approval (NOA2) for both I-130 and I-129F. Both happened the same day.:dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

This is what I would like to add and not sure how this worked for me, but let me say this first, I am relieved from uncertainty, and excited, ecstatic, delighted, on cloud nine, or whatever you can say.:dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

I got increasingly frustrated :bonk: since the end of 5 months and kept calling USCIS on a weekly basis (more than once) and always ended up with some really vague answers. Since yesterday was exactly 6 months, I called and just didn’t want to give up with those generalized answers. Finally someone did open a Service Ticket for me and informed me that a decision will be made in 10 days. Interestingly, yesterday I got a mail from the Senators office that they are going to send an Inquiry the same day (25th April).

The next day around 11:00 AM, got the text, so not sure whether the SR or the Senators inquiry created that quick outcome or it was just in the queue. Whatever it was, I sincerely thank the Senator and the gentleman who finally agreed to open the SR for me.

Anyway, I guess now the phase for NVC starts and as per the VJWiki, I should be more proactive as soon as I get the hard copy and get the NVC Case# and Invoice Identification Number (IIN).

Once I get that, then comes the DS-3032, make the payment for AOS, IV and.

Once these payments are in PAID status, will make the AOS and IV packet to NVC as stated. The QUESTION is; would I get something from NVC that says send us such and such documents?

Again, I appreciate all the different thoughts, suggestions and ideas I got from various people across the planet. I wish you all the best too.

I'm sorry I do not have the answer to your question but I did want to take this opportunity to congratulate you. I have the same exact question and hope someone can post an answer. I don't believe in luck but I will say grace and peace to you. I know you have to be very excited as I am. Best of wishes for the latter part of your journey

Once the invoice reads PAID you can print off your cover sheet and send the relevant forms and documents. You dont have to wait for it to be requested, just make sure you understand all thats required so you dont end up getting checklists from NVC. Congratulations and good luck!

As Mrs O. posted once the invoices state PAID, print off the barcoded cover sheet and you are ready to go.

Congratulations and good luck at NVC.good.gif

Congrats!

As others have said, you don't have to wait on NVC to send you things. The more proactive you are in this stage, the better! :)

Holding my nose and jumping off the cliff.. hope I don't hit any rocks in the water.
