well i just checked on the list of vermont service center, and came across the 1st november filer from =vermont service center get approved! i guess we are starting to move up! good luck november filers!!!! :thumbs::lol::):D :D :D

well i just checked on the list of vermont service center, and came across the 1st november filer from =vermont service center get approved! i guess we are starting to move up! good luck november filers!!!! :thumbs::lol::):D :D :D

They are stat-padding. IE: Approving petitions filed later to make their numbers look good. (unless it was an expedite)

But congrats to the person approved.

Feb. 12, 2011 Touched

Feb. 14, 2011 received hard copy of NOA for AOS, EAD& AP

Feb. 18, 2011 received appt letter for biometrics

Feb. 28, 2011 biometrics appt @10am

Feb. 28, 2011 received txt/email AOS case transferred to csc

Mar 1, 2011 AOS Touched

Mar 3, 2011 received hard copy of AOS transfer to csc

Mar 4, 2011 AOS Touched

Mar 28, 2011 Received txt/email saying card production has been ordered. (1month 3eeks 3days)

Mar 28, 2011 Received 2nd txt/email saying we have registered this customer permanent residence status

Mar 29, 2011 Received 3rd txt/email says card production has been ordered.

April 1, 2011 greencard and welcome letter in hand!!

April 5, 2011 received txt/email EAD card production ordered

Will Start Removing Conditions Dec 2012!!!!

They seem to be approving randomly so I don't know how much it means, but I'm hopeful. Congratulations to whoever got approved and good luck and prayers for the rest of us!

not fairrrrrrr :( im a september filer!! they must of had a good reason to get there case done early, oh well.. apparently september 11th was the date they were up to on Thursday so come on pleaseeeeeeee

=) november? im december meaning we're next? but oooh ive read there are stil septembers in the line LOL well all i can do is to wait.. its worth waiting for and what is 5 minutes sacrifice to a forever happiness :D
