Dear K1 Vermonters :)

This post assumes that Vermont Service Center (USICS) is undeniably underperforming last months, concerning the “5 month goal” for K1 Fiancée Visa.

This needs to be corrected!

How 340 K1’s can do this – yes we are at least 340 K1 petitioners counting what’s left from September plus October, November, December 2010 . This according to Igor’s list.

Facts:

Some of them are calling USCIS call center, and the answer is always “call us back in 30 days if you don’t hear from us”

Writing letters to congressman/senators is another thing we do. But this is more action type of “5 monthers” .

Actions:

Write a twitter to this addresses: @USCIS @BarackObama @whitehouse

And explain in 140 characters that your heart can no longer wait.

Write them with your words what you feel and how difficult it is to not be together with the one you love.

Do not curse them or anyone! Use the power of words and believe in them.

Write them every day.

Technical tricks:

We need to use always one word in our tweets eg: K1 Vermonters, or Vermont fiancée, or something else that we can decide it here on VJ. This will help twitter to make us trend. Trend=News.

Retweets previous twits of other K1’s.

If we make it to “touch” someone, than hopefully shifting adjudicator officers to K1’s in Vermont will happen.

If not, god bless all.

sign up for a twitter account: www.twitter.com. When you write your message do it this way "@USCIS blah blah blah blah" click send.

That's it. You will have tweeted.

Anytime you put this "@" in front of someone's user name (in this case the user name for USCIS is...USCIS), that message will be sent to them (get it? @USCIS = at USCIS)

Oh, and did I mention it will be sent publically? And any tweet to a government official is collected and archived to be used as evidence? (keep that in mind!)

This has been your VJ Twitter Lesson.

haha.

I @USCIS all the time. Meanies.

I just searched for tweets that have "@USCIS" in them and there are only 4!! 4!!! That means no one ever tweets them. If we can get enough tweets to them they'd be crazy not to notice it. You'd have to be blind.

I can't decide if I really am adamant about this, or if I just really find the power of twitter fascinating. I can't believe Egypt kicked that life change off from TWITTER! It got so bad that they banned the entire internet in Egypt
