I think the affidavits are optional, but would help. I sent 3. And you don't have to send fingerprint cards...I almost got thrown off by that one too...but I think that is if you are military and are filing overseas. :)

Just checked the tracking on my package and it is out for delivery...so they should get it today!! I requested signature so hopefully that will go ok. :)

Happy Monday everyone!

Thanks for help. I was reading some posts and they said that if you have all other supporting documents, you do not have to send affidavit. We have everything else. Did anyone send some pictures?

Yes, I sent pictures. It was sooooo hard for me to narrow down. I probably sent too many and they probably won't even look at them...like they didn't look at any of the evidence we put together for our CR-1 interview! But better safe than sorry I say. :) Are you sending you packet in the next couple of days?

I didn't send any affidavits, but I did send several pages of pictures, including some of just us doing stuff around town, some of us on vacation, the two of us with our baby (including a very unflattering picture of me still laying on the operating table and him holding our 15 minute old baby :D ), and the two of us with some of my family members.
