Unless they find a way/will to block all the spammers, no need to resurrect the site.

ETA: It is not as much sinning, when you don't run the risk of being excommunicated.

Expats wasn't all bad. We had a movie club for a while.

There was also a thread where we could talk about bowel function. Man, I miss that.

September 20, 2005: K-1 Interview in London. Visa received shortly thereafter.

AOS

December 30, 2005: I-485 received by USCIS

May 5, 2006: Interview at Phoenix district office. Approval pending FBI background check clearance. AOS finally approved almost two years later: February 14, 2008.

Received 10-year green card February 28, 2008

Perhaps (wasn't that your thread?), but I have a hunch that it wouldn't have the same freewheelin' tone.

Maybe I could start a thread on whether there's a connection between political views and stool consistency. It would have to stay in P&R, of course.

It has been the policy on VJ not to post links to Ex-Pats, nor to exchange content or reference posts made there over here, so I have removed the link. Regardless, the spammers seem to be running the site now.
