It was absolutely an eye opener concerning the threads people started in Expats. It was absolutely an eye opener concerning the way that some posters mocked the spouses of VJ members. It was absolutely an eye opener concerning the way that some posters took their petty grievances to Expats by creating odious threads long after any imagined insult had passed. It was absolutely an eye opener concerning the way people kept mentioning Expats long after they shot their loads.

Yes, there were many eye openers. The cancer comment being one of the most memorable.

All it basically shows is what a cesspool expats was. One page, every post filthier than the next.

I went to expats maybe on 5 to 7 different occasions when I ran out of all places to go on the internetz.

Made a name but only posted maybe 2 or 3 times probably over a year ago.

The place was so incredibly slow and boring and inactive I just stopped going.

yeah it's much more entertaining now when you look back at the cache.

it's like looking at old geologic records. it took eons to create but now that it's there, wow!

I think it could have been a good alternative but it went way to far over the line of decency. Insults and foul language was one thing but too many times it was so far past this it was pathetic.
