APPROVED
Visa in hand : 20/10/2011

Filed AOS in December 2014

After 1 year and 5 months I got approved (one RFE and a letter 1 year ago of a potential waiver interview)

Est-ce que vous avez deposé votre dossier déjà ? Si vous avez des questions il y a du monde ici, mais vous auriez bc plus de reponses si vous les posez en anglais.

I am the frenchie in the couple, Lee is from US Wisconsin, and like everyone here we need help, support and to share our journey, we all know that love is stronger than Mountains; good luck to all of us; WE CAN DO IT !!! :)

I am the frenchie in the couple, Lee is from US Wisconsin, and like everyone here we need help, support and to share our journey, we all know that love is stronger than Mountains; good luck to all of us; WE CAN DO IT !!! :)

Yes, love is stronger than mountains. You will be ok as long a you remember that the USCIS mountains are very very high. :blink:

NVC (33 days from #assigned to CC)
02.17.2011 Case number assigned 02.18.2011 Case # & INN received. Gave email addresses. Emailed DS 3032. Paid AOS Fee 02.22.2011 AOS Fee appeared as paid. Mailed AOS. DS 3032 accepted 02.24.2011 AOS received. IV bill generated and paid 02.25.2011 IV bill fee appeared as paid. Mailed IV 02.28.2011 IV packet received 03.09.2011 AOS entered in the system 03.11.2011 IV entered in the system 03.15.2011 AVR RFE 03.16.2011 Sent RFE response.
