Hi Everyone,

Just wondering how other October filers are doing with their I-129F petition. My petition was last updated on 11/05/2010. Kind of stressed out because its moving so slow. Do any October filers have any good news in terms of their I-129F petition??

I filed at CSC on 10/21/10 and just got approved in total about 120 days just undr 4 months

My petition was last touched when CSC received it and subsequently placed it in the warehouse next to the Arc and the Covenant from Raiders of the Lost Arc. It has not been seen since.

I filed on October 25th and got our NOA1 on October 28th

Oh & btw, I was also TOUCHED on November 5th, and haven't been touched (in that kind of way) since then

I hope to get my Noa within 1.5 month

Beginning to look like CSC took Friday off to give themselves a 4 day weekend. So far no approvals for Feb 18.

I filed in late Sept and received my NOA1 in Oct --so technically I am an Oct filer . No word as yet .Coming close to the 5 mths mark .i hope to hear something soon .

we have the same date sent of I-129F packet and same date when we received the noa1, but until now no news from them...

Good Luck to October filers.

It seems that California is processing faster than Vermont.

Our NOA1 was Sept and touched in October but no word since.

I just called last week and tried to make a service request but was informed that they still have August petitions in process and I need to wait another 30 days before an offical service request can be made.

Supposedly after we all get past the NOA2 the rest of the process is more dependable and predictable.

Anyone know if it will take another 5 months to get an interview for Philippines filers?

The last couple of months have flown though - still feel like I have so much to organise before the big move!

We filed in early October and this sitting/waiting game is killing us slowly

Sometimes coming on VJ to read who has gotten approved, sometimes I want to scream when I see someone has gotten approved in one month! However, we are hoping to hear something soon!

I would have to say all this waiting is getting to me BUT - I will be taking a trip to see my fiance for 3 months guess we may as well wait together - have my bases covered if I get a RFE - Misery loves company - so as we are both miserable we may as well be together.

Let's hope they decide to get to the K1 filers before next Christmas.
