many congratulations to everyone who has thir approvals and nvc numbers. Although we got an rfe it has been almost a relief to just get a response after such a long wait.we are working on it now. it will seem strange not checking the uscis site with such urgency at every opportunity. we will keep you posted Saylin about the outcome of our rfe so that you can complete that spreadsheet.

I hope that many others receive their approvals and any corrections to any confusion (celldoc), as well as NVC #'s. For those with RFE's hang on, just take the steps needed to rectify whatever, and you will be in smooth sailing...I want us all to get out of this black hole!!!

Goodnight to all! *does the Carlton dance*

Thanks Mrs. P :)

In happiness of yours and everyone else's approvals, I present to you, once again, the one and only :)

hi thanks for your answer, mmm i call and they told me to take the divorce certificate for the interview , because sening fisical documentes to the NVC , can delay the process, and she told me the nvc only need in the ds230 ( birth certificate original from the beneficiary, copy of the passport,2 photos for residence, and the authorization sing from the father, that is in my case) i dont know if i should send that just in case right?

Hi lara,

I read somewhere from the post of Never_lose_hope ( page 26, TSC-NVC thread) that the original divorce decree should be sent. I guess this is important, since your now-husband is the one petitioning the child.

I would try to check that, though, and keep you posted as to what I find out. The problem with calling the CSRs is that they give us different information. I actually trust the info from VJ than most of them.

BTW, I just now realized I still haven't gotten the authorization from the father, which I was working on before we got transferred to TSC. I was so busy with the TSC fiasco that I overlooked it. OMG, this would set us back, bigtime.
