That happens all the time. The log in is totally unreliable; some people never see their case on there and they get approved. Wait a few days and it will probably show up. Even if it doesn't, it doesn't matter. That account thing won't tell you anything. Good luck.

if it doesn't show up 4 months past the NOA-1 date on the I-797-C formletter, IMO, it won't show up at all - don't sweat it.

It's a CR-1/IR-1 visa type - you can't hurry it along at USCIS unless you make an expedite.

There's 'no useful status' on it either - and

USCIS will send you an email notice (you filed the G-1145, right?) if any RFE action.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Same with me, i applied on the 8th of nov. and i still can not see my case status. But if you call the number below where it tells you your case can not be found they will be able to tell you what's up with your case. Before you even speak to anyone there is a robot that tells you the latest info on your case.

They had my address wrong(their mistake) so if i would never called i would have never known. So if it's been more than 30 days since you applied i would call uscis. It can't hurt.

good luck!

Checking case status online is a joke, our case is at NVC and soon off to Consulate but case status is still NOA1 date on the webpage. Don't even waste your time looking at the USCIS case status page.

Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

I recently entered the USCIS quagmire for a second time and my receipt number is not available either. I have spoken to a tier 2 at USCIS and was told that a system glitch has resulted in an unknown number of cases (mine included) being unavailable in the online portal. I was told that furthermore, some if not all of the effected cases would never be available for online status checks. This unfortunately means that many people will be able to check the status of their cases only by calling USCIS and requesting that the call be elevated.

Ain't bureaucracy wonderful headbonk.gif

Call again, give your information, listen to the monologue response then ask to have your call elevated to a supervisor because your receipt number is not available on the online portal. Unfortunately, there is no way to avoid the rigamarole with the lackeys first though.
