When filing the I-130 do you have to send proof of an on going relationship? like letters, emails, chat logs, and phone records? I know you have to send proof of the bonafide marriage and i have my marriage license is that enough? or do i have to have sowrn statements from my witness of my marriage?

We submitted a few wedding photos, e-mails, cards, etc. Nothing major as we really didn't have all that much

You should send something - but since you aren't dealing with a high fraud consulate you shouldn't need too much

good luck

Include as much as you feel comfortable with. Some have included affidavitts, others - like us didnt unclude very much at all. We sent very little to be honest, few scans of wedding photos, marriage licence, a blank check from our joint account. I wouldnt advice sending a tiny amount - as I was worried for the duration until we were approved. if you have anything with both of your names on, and more recent photos, but the applicants whom are married to the beneficiaries from the so called 'high immigration fraud' countries are generally advised to load the evidence in with their petition.

As you have a beneficiary from the UK - rightly or wrongly, you dont need to pile on the evidence as thickly.

If you feel more comfortable, you can inclde an affidavitt from a parent for instance.

In our case, we only sent our marriage certificate and bank statement of our joint account as proof. No problems. Goodluck!

I, on the other hand, completely frontloaded my petition! The main reason was that I had all the information available (pictures, correspondance, my name on hubbys lease, bills, card) so i just figured why not send it!

However, if it is going to delay your sending off the I-130 packet, I would say just send what you have an keep preparing the rest! No point delaying the initial sending when you may not get an RFE at all!

Good luck.

Of course you don't HAVE to do it. But if you can, it will help, and sure can't hurt.

Would you have any knowledge on how Poland is viewed nowadays? High immigration fraud? No? I doubt it would be, there aren't that many petitioners from Poland recently. But I just don't know.

We included a copy of our marriage certificate, copies of past (and one future) travel itineraries printed off Travelocity, wedding invitation and program, and about 17 photos with captions of when, where, who else was in them with us. Like the others have said, you shouldn't need to worry about including a lot since your spouse is from the UK :)
