Crazy that I was thinking the same that the holidays are over so the NVC can get back to work. I could not really enjoy the holidays because the NVC is slow. Will our waiting ever end???

:crying: OMG !! i got missing doc, something wrong, AVR say my document incorrect.

how can i do next? need to waiting the letter from the NVC? or find out what wrong?

Oh gosh, I'm so sorry. :( You may call and talk to an operator, I think they can tell you exactly what document is missing. But they will also email you a checklist and a coversheet that you need to return together with the missing document. I hope it's just a minor problem. Keep us updated.

I tried calling the NVC AVRS but I cannot get through. I'm now curious about my case also because you said before you, me and Kikapoo have similar timelines. Oh lordy, guess I'll expect for the worst. :(

I hope you will get the checklist letter soon so you can sned what they want ASAP!

Finally got CC. When can i expect an interview date. The operator told me they schedule in the second week of the month. Is February possible or am i lookin at a March interview date??

USCIS-CSC I751

12/20/2012: USPS package mailed out

12/26/2012: NOA1

06/14/2013: RFE letter received

06/19/2013: RFE response mailed back out.

06/21/2013. Package Received.

Waiting once again.... What happens next?.?.?.?.?.?

Hello guys

I m here too as well it has been a couple of weeks i was not able to check whats going on bec of my work.Anyways my wife called to the NVC finally she got trough and was avaible to talk to the person she said they are still review our papers and gives 20 days more and call back even they got it december 23 i dont know if does it means our papers already entered in their system ?

You will find out if your documents has been entered in by listening to the NVC AVR system.

We have the exact same dates. I am trying to call today to see if interview date has been assigned for ISL. I am expecting it to be in Feb. Keep me posted if you hear anything - I will do the same.
