Well in my situation my wife is a nurse & the pay for her in her home country is very low so moving to the Philippines will probably not work for me till i retire then i we may decide to have a house there

No. This is the land of the free. The middle east is not. I lived there for 10 months to wait out the visa, it wasnt fun...I dont think I could never make the amount of money I make in any country beside the US. Cost of living is high here, but so are the number of opprotunities people have to make a good life.

at first i was not willing to move to india but after waiting so long and with the out come of the interview i was more than willing to move there and live there until we could decide what to do and what our other options were.........i liked india at the time.....i mixed in well with the culture meh it just was not meant to be

I would of course exhaust all avenues of the visa process first. If all else fails I would absolutely move to the Philippines to be with my soon to be wife. It doesn't matter where we are in the world as long as we are together. It's very possible to make this happen since the money that I can save here in the U.S. would go an extremely long way there.

Yes, we've thought about it. Living costs are lower in the US but what with the low wages and insurance, etc... it's a dog-eat-dog world in America and we're giving it our best shot.

If you both really want to live in the US, I would exhaust all avenues before I moved.
