When she leaves, whether she 'tricked' him or not, it's in his best interests to get her in as much legal trouble as he can.

Why?

Because the legal process in this country is by nature adversarial.

well, to put it straight unless he has VERY strong evidence that it was entered into fraudulently, immigration wont do anything. WHY?

Everyday....and litterly EVERYDAY....THOUSANDS rock up to the nearest Immigration field office and say "it was a fraud", all because they have sour grapes, and they havent got the time, to go through every accusation, he'd have to have really strong evidence.

Apart from the affidavit of support, the immigration side of things is her problem now, not his.

If' he's heartbroken, and knows for sure it isnt going to go anywhere, the best suggestion, is to consult with a family/divorce attorney.

What would be gained by not telling her she needs to file a AR-11... other than revenge...

The AR-11 says:

Failure to report a change of address is punishable by fine or imprisonment and/or removal.

IMO, the OP should make no effort to tell her about this requirement.

The OP is not even sure that his wife has "tricked" him. Perhaps she entered into the marriage in good faith. Does he have any feelings toward her children? They've lived together for 3 years now; it's not like she just arrived and wants to bail.

This isn't about being vindictive. This is about realizing that once she leaves, the OP has to take steps that are consistent with the adversarial nature of our legal system. Even if he's at fault for the failure of the marriage.

That's utterly ridiculous. He's not going to lose legal standing in a possible divorce case because she has an up to date USCIS file.
