OMG... Good to hear that! Since our time frame is similar, we should really help eachother through this process. The lawyer I hired doesnt know anything about this and want's me to wait wait and wait...

I dont have employment letter, pay tubs to send with I864. Ya think I will get RFE? Anybody got this problem before?

Aileen- Is your current job the same as it was for your 2009 tax returns? If so, you should be fine. If it is a new job, you will need something from your employer showing proof of your job. Would it be hard to get pay stubs or an employment letter?

You can do a google search on "tax transcripts". These are the IRS printed version of your income tax returns. You can call the IRS and get copies sent or faxed to you, or you can get the form online, and mail it in to get the printed copies. There are no cost for these also......

I work for family. I work for another uncle. Because I started a new job on May, they said that I not file tax yet. And they dont do for me.

And my cousin is doctor pharmacy he sponsor for me. He work a year more than 150.000 thats why I think my stuff not big problem if I dont have orher stuff prove for my job. Last year I filed just 6000.

Aileen- Since you started a new job, you will most likely need proof of your new job. Maybe both the employment letter and the pay stubs. It just depends on what the NVC wants from you. I received an RFE because they weren't happy with my employment letter (and I started a new job in March). 1st they said they never received one and then when I spoke to a supervisor, they said they had it but thought it was outdated. Even though I am clearly not eligible to be the sole sponsor so they really shouldn't care what I make. So...I would hate to see you go down that road too. How does your uncle pay you?

He pay me 400 a week. Start from May. He didnt do for me. I talked to him about month ago to write me letter that. I start from May, dont include annua income because I not file yet. What should I do?

Hey Superstars you know you can just send a copy of your "last" tax return. OR the last three years..But only one is needed. I think the aos people already know how much you made ??Good luck

Thanks for that info. I'm gonna just send them copies of everything. Copies of 1040's, w-2's and transcripts when I get them and a boatload of check stubs all highlighted.
