Hi All,

I have been in the corner watching and counting the days like many of you have been doing. My husband had his AOS interview 02/07/2011 in Spokane, WA and he has been approved. The interview went very smoothly and I can only wish that everyone could have such a nice officer conduct their interviews. He was very polite and just down to earth. He asked us very simple questions about our marriage, looked over our wedding pictures from India, and asked Guru the same questions as on the form that we had already answered. When he completed the questions he had for us, he reached for the "Welcome to America" booklet and said "Approved." He infomred Guru that he would be receiving a 10-year card since we have been married for almost 3 years no conditions. The interview lasted approximately 25 minutes. I just want to say thank you to all of you who have been posting and I wish you all the best of luck. This site has been the rock in which we were able to accomplish this task and without it, I am sure I would have had no idea how to go about it. Hang in there everyone, as the end of this journey is almost complete. I will continue to watch and hope you all see the finish line soon!

We are approved today after our interview. We got an approval letter in hand and also got an email and text after we got to our cell phone after interview.

We pre-loaded our AOS submittal when we filed last October with a lot of organized evidence. We saw the big file on the desk during our interview.

The whole interview lasted maybe 10 minutes and it wasn't hard. There was a few simple questions asked and I showed some new pictures that we had since our Oct submittal. We talked about that for a minute or two and it was added to our file. I also gave our 2010 joint filed tax returns which they also put in the file.

We are so thankful to God for our approval on valentines day :)

Hope that for the rest of the Oct filers still waiting all goes smoothly for you.

I guess they really forgot about us!!!

I called at the four month window and was told I had to wait 90 days since last action (interview) and they would respond before 120 days. Jumping for Joy would be a large over statement :bonk::dance:
