Its coming everyone. I was an August 31st NOA1... "On February 1, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)" Just hang on, its coming!!!!

Journey

09/16/2007 - Met her and her brother online in WOW

12/20/2007 - Exchanged emails and started talking a little

08/13/2008 - Went to visit her brother and see her for first time

multiple visits slowly moving from visiting a friend and working to more to see her

08/20/2010 - Forms sent Fedex

08/31/2010 - Check Cashed

09/09/2010 - NOA-1 (I-797C) recieved and dated 08/31/2010

09/10/2010 - Account created with USCIC and email turned on

02/01/2011 - On February 1, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

02/08/2010 - Packet sent to Costa Rica

02/15/2010 - Called, packet is there can come get it

02/17/2010 - Packet can be picked up

Congratttttsss!! Did you receive your hard copy today or did you see it online?

We got an email and a text today. I guess the hard copy will show up later in the week or next week.

09/13/2010 - Email saying package has been routed to CSC

09/13/2010 - NOA1 issued

09/18/2010 - NOA1 paper copy

09/27/2010 - Touch

02/01/2011 - NOA2 issued

02/10/2011 - Case arrived at NVC

02/11/2011 - Case left NVC, headed to London!

02/15/2011 - Medical - passed with no problems

02/18/2011 - Case logged at Embassy, packet 3 letter sent out

02/18/2011 - MRV fee paid via phone

02/19/2011 - Packet 3 forms sent to embassy

02/22/2011 - Packet 3 forms arrived at embassy

02/24/2011 - Packet 3 letter arrived

03/01/2011 - Called DOS and got interview date: March 14th!

03/05/2011 - Packet 4 (interview letter) arrived

03/14/2011 - Interview - Approved!

03/16/2011 - Visa arrived! Two days after interview!!!

03/19/2011 - Flew to USA! POE: Seattle, WA

11-04-2011 sent AOS to Chicago lockbox

11-07-2011 delivered

11-08-2011 Date on text messages but did not receive until 11-22-2011

11-23-2011 Check cashed.

11-25-2011 Hard copies of NOA1s

12-06-2012 Pui's Brother unexpectly passes away and we make an info pass appointment and receive an emergancy AP so she can return home. Pui leaves for Thailand for 2 weeks.

12-06-2012 Get a text message and email that she received an RFE

12-12-2012 RFE for original birth certificate. I swear we sent it along with a certificate translation of it.

12-20-2012 Pui returns from Thailand.

12-21-2012 We send the RFE back for with original birth certificate along with a new certificate of translation(I had to wait for her to return for her to sign)

12-26-2012 text and email they have received the RFE.

12-29-2012 Appointment for biometrics is 01-23-2012

01-13-2012 AP is approved.

01-23-2012 Biometrics appointment. Later during the evening the text and email saying the EAD is approved.

01-31-2012 EAD/AP combo card arrives.

05-22-2012 Email and text card is in production!

I am really worried my NOA1 dated 9/8/2010, is still pending not even touched after 9/13/2010. Plz help somebody what i need to do

I wouldn't worry too much about not being 'touched' after you had... as someone once explained to me, it probably got put on the shelf waiting to be filed. It really doesnt matter if it is touched once or one hundred times, as long as it passes..... Hope your wait ends soon man... we are here if you have any questions.....

YAY! I'm so happy that both CSC and VSC had productive days yesterday! getting closer........

9/24- I-129F received by CSC

9/27 NOA1 received in mail

9/28- Check Cashed

10/1- touched

2/23- RFE email

2/28- RFE hardcopy

3/7- NOA2!!!!!

3/28- Interview! APPROVED!

4/7 - Jimmy arrives in the USA!

Ok.. i just talked with a higher level person at USCIS, officer G. She was very nice and agreed that I was outside of the processing time. So she will put in the service request for me. Yay! Hopefully, this will speed up the process.

By the way, they look at the Received Date, not the Notice Date when computing whether you are out of the processing time or not.

I guess Touched on 9/24/10

What does a touch mean and how do I find out when they touch our visa application? I've seen on the forum and according to the estimate on Sept. 2010 filings that we should be hearing this month on our applications. Atleast I hope that is what is happening.
