So here's our situation:

My fiance is American. He is 45 years. He divorced 3 times before. His first and 2nd marriage were 6 years last. And have 5 kids from both of them. While the 3rd one is only 1 year since his ex was abusive physically. No kid from her. We knew and talked each other after he separated from her for 6 months. The divorce decree just came out last week. He doesnt need to wait to remarry again for certain time since the Maryland law doesnt requires it. Then he file the K1 for me.

So guy, do u think we will get red flag?.

Were his previous marriages to people from outside of the US? Did he petition them to come to America? If not, I don't believe it will be an issue.

Unless he brought his former wives in the US through K1 visa...I don't see why several marriages (even 3) would be a red flag...

Two of his previous wives are American. The third one is Indonesian whose Green Card Holder from her American ex husband.

You two shouldn't have any problems then. If he petitioned someone else before you, then they would question it.

The only issue I see is with the Affidavit of support as he would need to have enough financial support for 7 people if he has to pay child support (kids dependants). Co-sponsor could possibly be needed but in some countries, the embassy won't allow co-sponsors (I think Manilla is one of them).

My fiance get all of the kids's custody with him since their moms have remarried again. He stays with them in a rented home and his job pays him about US$ 4500 per month. So do u think he will have problem with Affidavit Support?

Nice to hear there is one who's on same boat with him. No much question to your fiancee? How long were your divorce marriages last?

since he hasnt applied to bring others into the country you wont have an issue. $54 a year should be more than enough as right now the rock bottom seems to be aroung 20 thousand a year and he is way above that.

Good luck on your visa. I am also from maryland, my wife is from australia.

We have the same case but mine was 3 times get divorced and he got 2 children in his first married then nothing fallows... the 3 girls was a U.S. citizen. I think you can put a red flag on it as long as you prayed for it and. Do you know the reason why he get divorced in 3rd time? you should know everything or els suffer the consequences.

Good luck!

Did u get any trouble about K1 since he married 3 times before?.

He explain to me about his failure in his previous marriages before. In the end, two parties, he and his ex wives take a role in divorce. No one to be blame. In the end, those about not get along with each other anymore.
