I started a thread just like this one a few weeks ago! It took us right around 3 weeks to receive Sifa's. There's not a lot you can do except wait until it's been longer than 30 days and then call USCIS. Hopefully it will show up this week! But trust me, I understand - I was starting to get really worried about it!

i sent in my I-130 and I-485 package on the 4th of june. got my first NOA for both on the 9th of june. and got a letter for biometrics appt for the 30th of june, and it says "notice date 6/11/2010".

I'm not sure if i just got lucky and got my biometrics appt fast or they're just processing things quicker atm.

good luck!

I think you should give it a week or two before hitting the panic button. And as long as you have the NOA, you don't have to worry. Good Luck.

I think that sometimes we forget the other processes, how long we seem to have waited for uscis during those. You can't rush them.
