I front loaded my I-130 with notarized letters from family and friends. I don't think they have to be done that way but that's what I did.

After 3 stupid RFE's and 2 supervison reviews today we FINALLY got a sif!!!!!!

Grats!

Got the SIF tonight!!!

All documents received by NVC on MAY 20

AVR updated: all documents received MAY 28

Called NVC this morning and operator said They just started reviewing in our office on June08

and now tonight there is SIF lol. Damn they are fast... nah for sure they were lying to me haha.

Guess it takes forever for them to figure out how to open high tech envelopees, but once they do - watch 'em go!! Grats.

Married: 01/02/09

I-130 filed: 11/06/09

NOA1: 11/13/09

NOA2: 02/11/10

NVC received: 02/18/10

Case complete @ NVC: 04/14/10

Interview @ Montreal: 07/13/10 - Approved

POE: Sweetgrass, MT, 08/07/10

Filed for ROC: 07/20/12

Yea called this morning and AVR says Case Complete on June 08 2010 please wait 8 weeks for further instructions. lol

It's making me nervous. The AVR updated on 5/28 that they recieved my checklist. I'm not getting a third RFE.

12.19.2009: recieved NOA1

03.02.2010: recieved NOA2 via email

03.08.2010: recieved hardcopy NOA2

03.15.2010: AOS and IV paid

04.05.2010: received husband's police check in America

04.07.2010: sent I-864 and DS-230

04.23.2010: received RFE email

05.03.2010: sent in correction

05.11.2010: NVC entered documents into their system

05.20.2010: received another checklist letter - need more information about prior visas

05.20.2010: sent in checklist

Yay!!! We have a case number! On hold right now to wait for an operator for giving them our email addresses.

I am also waiting for SIF, my documents are entered in system on June 2th.

There are number of VJ members in front of me for SIF.

You'll probably get an August date at this point, but who knows, if you're lucky, you might even make July.

At this point, I am starting to think WE aren't getting a date til August or September or NEXT YEAR! And our SIF and CC was May 11! :bonk:
