Did you read the I129f instructions!

This information is in the instructions for filing the I129f (page 5 I believe).

Not trying to be mean but just pointing out that it is very important to read all the instruction for all the forms very thoroughly and very carefully.

Also - Make sure you make the check out to the US Department of Homeland Security, not USCIS or DHS or DoS. Spell it out completely as specified.

Is the California service center still open? I went through this process in 2008 and that's where I filed. The I-129F instructions (revision 11/23/10) state the etire US files their I-129F to Dallas Texas (via US Postal Service), or to Lewisville Texas address if by express mail or courier. Is that correct?
