We have BIOMETRIC APPT schedule third week in May. If everything goes well we have an interview pretty soon. I just found out since I got a BIOMETRIC APPT that means USCIS has looked at all the paperwork we sent and everything is good.

Is it safe to assume I would not get a RFE? Especially on medical by this time they already has opened sealed vaccination report.

Biometrics appointment does not signify 'everything is OK' - or that an adjudicator has even reviewed your case. It is simply a step along the way, nothing more, nothing less. It does mean you're making progress though. :star:

Nope.. not safe to assume. Realistically you can still get RFE's right up until you get the card. Some people have received RFE's after the interview (though they're told about it AT the interview and it's quite rare).

I wish I could offer hope because I too have my biometrics letter but it was sent 3 days after my NOA1... so I have to assume (there's that word again) that someone took a quick look at my file to make sure the cheque was okay and to enter my name in the system etc... BUT that's quick look. Once they get your biometrics they will take a proper look at your file I suspect. Just hope it's all good. :)

I don't think what's been posted so far is bad news. Thay are realistic answers. You wouldn't want them to give you false hope only to get an rfe down the road. Besides, what makes you think you'll get an RFE. Just relax and all will be fine. Good luck.
