Just got a reply from the USCIS regarding the expedite... The reply was in the form of an email. Which stated that I did not provide them enough info in to make a decision, that I should fax a letter from my Dr. that states the reason for my medical conditions. I told the lady at the USCIS when I applied forthe expedite on yesterday that I am 9 months pregnant and that my Dr. put me on bed rest due to threatened toxemia and that once the child was born that I would need assistance to care for the other children. That my husband could provide it reunited with the family. How should I ask the Dr. phrase the letter? The USCIS ask that it be written in plain wording....

The way you have worded it sounds just fine. Ask the doctor to put it on his business letterhead. I would imagine that all they need to know is that you are 9 months pregnant ...

Yep that is the standard email. Submit the information in quick so that they can give you a decision as there is a wait on whether it will be expedited or not.

Does anyone know if the NOA2 is sent to the petitioner or the beneficiary or both? My husband has moved a few times and I'm not sure he will get the letter.

NOA2 will be sent only to the petitioner. It is very important to update his current address with the USCIS.
