Hi there...

I emailed DS3032 last week (Mar. 26th) following the DS-3032 Email Template on vjwiki and hasn't gotten accepted yet. I emailed it again this morning and hopefully in the next 2 days or so it will get accepted. I have everything ready for the IV package but still waiting for my Japan PCC which will take 45 days to be released according to Japanese Embassy!!! Yayyy!!!

You have to give them a few days to accept the DS3032. 3 days seems to be the average.

Why are people still MAILING that darned DS3032?

EMAIL IT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.

It's being accepted in 1-3 days if you follow that template to the T.

Can you explain this?

My AOS is accepted and I got an mail to mail DS230 and civil documents...

I just got an email from NVC...DS3032 accepted and IV Bill generated.

When I sent mine there was talk in threads of an auto response email after emailing. So I panicked and rang NVC and was told that only comes in after the acceptance.

I didn't get an auto response. I got an acceptance email instead a few days after I send mine in. SO, really you don't have to worry about that.

I was so impatient and emailed the DS3032 again earlier and after few minutes I got an acceptance email from NVC.

To Whom It May Concern:

My name is (Beneficiary's name). My visa case number is (case #).

Per the DS-3032 (Choice of Address and Agent for Immigrant Visa Application), I appoint (Petitioner's Name)(Petitioner's Phone #)as my agent or attorney to receive mail about my application. Mail from the U.S. Department of State concerning my immigrant visa application should be sent to:

Hello April...

Sachinky, you have started the ball rolling in this thread. Lots of great tips and start up advice for people at the NVC this month!

Lets break some records for folks.

Notice: sachinky is a NVC goddess. Honestly - so if you listen to her, you will move thru the process nice and easy.

There are a few of us (me included) who can assist, but it will be (and thankfully so) a identical regurgitation of whatever she says.

Not rocket science she says? Hmmm.. but Sachinky wears a magical flying cape so take this with a grain of salt.
