I had an attorney myself when I filed my I-130. I do appreciate him for getting my I-130 approved without any RFE but I fired him when he told me that I should'nt start working on my police certificates till NVC starts processing my case. Luckily I found VJ when he said that and I realized it was going to set me back........... I told him I couldn't retail him due to financial hardship and he couldn't wait to let go of me ........hahahaha

Ha ha ha ha. This hits somewhat close to home. I called my attorney today to request my invoices (advice from a friend who is just about to be done w/law school) & he said are you having money problems, I should of said yes & that would of been easier no?

I did it to myself earlier! I tried to sign in and really did a typo so I got the red text error message. I swear my heart stopped, then I read the damned thing..LOLOL That's what I get huh!!

Thanks! I didn't realize that the whole thing moved so fast. I just paid the AOS yesterday for my husband, and today it shows PAID; I guess that's the go signal for the AOS package. I just have to wait for my husband to send the DS 3230 before sending the AOS... but it's good to see movement unlike in the USCIS stage..

& to prove that attorneys f*** up, this is what mine wrote to me via email; It is my suggestion that we wait until the NVC makes a specific written request for it. If you wish to submit it in advance, then it is up to you, but that is against my advice.

Absolutely......When I told him this I had all my copied returned in a week. And billed for all the fedex charges he incured promptly.......His true colors came after he cannot see green from me:-)

Absolutely......When I told him this I had all my copied returned in a week. And billed for all the fedex charges he incured promptly.......His true colors came after he cannot see green from me:-)

Ha ha ha. Oh and I went off saying to my attorney how its hard for me that I feel like a single mother and all & he says its hard for all of us. Oh really?! You screw tons of ppl out of their money & its hard for you?!

For anyone getting False RFE through AVR - I received an email today with the copy of the letter. The letter simply stated AOS was received and they were requesting DS230 (sent last week). Unfortunately Italy's mail system does not have simple tracking like USPS! The packet should be there now though! Come on CC!
