zenaxe - It seems like Canada is really slow and so is Ankara, Turkey. I hope we get our interview dates soon!!!

Yes Montreal is slow - usual story for them. Part of it I think is that out of all the US consulates in Canada; only MTL processes immigrant visas. that's one thing but they are also having to do non immigrant visas as well. The other consulates deal with only non immigrant visas. It would be helpful if all the US consulates in Canada worked on ALL visas instead of the one being the main workhorse. Plus it would help people with costs and travel because if you live in Western Canada, like many of us do, Vancouver is the closest; Montreal is a very long way away....what an you do.

On the bright side, someone who's case completed on Apr 9th got a June interview in MTL woot woot so things may be moving along :dance:
