OMG what a morning, nothing beats a morning where you have a beautiful cup of coffee and the sun is shining and you just get that feeling to turn on the pc to check your email! There it was as pretty as you please......Nothing is gonna get me down today!

Tracy yours is on its way hon, nothing but prayers for you, chin up girl, our timelines are similar!

Congratulations!

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

August 28/06 Left NVC. . . Vancouver Bound!

September 27/06 Interview APPROVED, with visa in hand

October 29/06 Moving Date

December 30/06 Married!!

AOS Journey:

January 16/07 Sent out AOS, EAD, and AP docs

January 23/07 NOA1's for AOS, EAD and AP

February 13/07 Biometrics in Portland, OR

April 7/07 EAD and AP Received

April 24/07 Interview Scheduled . . . and APPROVED, stamp and all!

(((((hugs))))) Tracy! I seen our timelines and was like whoaaa! Yours is on its way and I am so praying for you girl! I am so happy, yet there is a part of me that feels guilty as I know there are so many recalled petitions and ppl who have been waiting far longer than me. I will pray for eveyone as Jersey girl said in a previous thread, it has to work! So many prayers going out to you Tracy! Hope your email comes soon!
