Congrats everyone!! It's a long, hard process. I finally have him here and we got married March 1 and filed AOS today. Every single day I wondered if we could make it. There were a couple of times I wanted to end the relationship. After all of it, I've realized the wait was SO worth it.

Hey all! Our I-129F was posted on the 4th of March but we're still waiting for our check to be cashed too - I'm strangely glad to hear that there are other people who are waiting on this as well Best of luck, everyone!

We mailed our petition out on the 1st, and after a little mix-up with the Canada Post office, it got there on the 3rd. We used a money order though, so obviously can't tell if it was cashed yet or not. Let's hope CSC keeps up the good pace!

That's awesome if they can keep it up ! whaa ! You got your NOA2 in less than 3 months ! That's pretty good ! You guys must be really happy !Now, Are you just waiting for an interview date or you already know it ?

I thought about going to visit my fiance on a B2 visa in 2 or 3 months but I might just wait if it's just a 5 months waiting thing ! Plus, a B2 doesn't mean I would get in !

Do you guys think that July is realistic ?

When you check your case status online, is the day the uscis said they received your 129F was the day your package arrived by mail ? We mailed our packet in late October '09, received NOA1 last week. I checked mine, it says "on 19 Feb '10 we received your 129F...", in this case I understand that they received our package in Feb, not October. Could it be a mistake here ? Thank you in advance

Sorry for posting my question here. Most October filer got their NOA2 already, I don't think they can go back and check their previous status online

Wow...that must be a mistake. They took 4 months to get you an NOA1? They received mine on Jan 27, and the NOA1 was mailed on Jan 27th (same day..I know it freaked me out). Normally they'll tell you to wait up to 30 days for NOA1. I think you should contact them and explain...you may qualify for an expedited review since they obviously goofed. Good luck.

Hello fellow March 2010 CSC filers!

CVC received my I129F package on 3/08/10, check cashed on 3/09/10. I have not yet received any NOA1 notification. USCIC website says status is "initial review"

My K-1 should be a relatively simple case - no kids, no previous marriages, no problem with any of the paperwork (unless some unforseen glitch comes up!), no problem meeting any of the requirements. Interview would be at the Manila Embassy.

I seems like CVC has really been moving really fast lately.

Do you think getting her here by late July/early August is possible?
