You check box a. since you have an approved I-130.

Yes, the fee is $1,010.

That covers the application fee $930 and the biometrics fee $80 for the I-1485. You also apply for the I-765 (Employment Authorization Document, or EAD) at the same time so the fee for that is waived. No need to file I-131 (Advanced Parole), K3 visas are multiple entry visas.

Hello

I came here with K-3 category (non-immigrant), now we are on the way to file AOS, but I am confused on this I-485 part 2 not so sure if which box i am going to check... and may i know exactly if how much is the fees, is it still $1010?

thanks

It should just be the SS-5 still. The one you applied with. Take your greencard with you and you should be set :)

Oh, are we supposed to get a new one? I haven't. I just thought it would be ok because I have my greencard which is my authorisation to work.

Well I don't think it's technically necessary, but on the SSA system you'll change to a GC holder and I think that's important... can't think why right now but surely at some stage it'll be important.

Otherwise yes you're correct, your GC is your authorisation to work :)

I-693 transcription for vaccines NEVER go by AAA Prism Immigrant Medical Center - Schaumburg 825 East Schaumburg Road, Spring Valley Plaza, Schaumburg, IL 60194. They told me, here (in the USA) are other rules, I had a new blood test $200!!! And I got a TB shot too (free!!). When I went back for the results, the doctor told me, the blood test result is OK, but the TB shot test result on my arm looks like is positive, and I have to make an X-Ray too, another $100!! My X-Ray result was OK. Of chorse, it is OK, for $300. Till this moment he don't want to take a look on my romanian X-Ray result, which it was good for gotting the K1 visa.

Oh, the vacination transcript was for free after my husband already payd $300!!! Oh, and no card, no checks accepted, only cash!

I am not a doctor, but I had TB test shot in the scool, as everybody else, and I know at this time the result was negative too.

So! NEVER go to this immigration doctor!

Thank you for this Vanessa, it's great!!

One quick question. Did you end up doing the I-693 Vaccination chart? If not, did you end up getting an RFE?

Thanks so much :)

I did end up sending one and found out that my shots WERE complete. It only cost me $50 to get it done and I felt better having piece of mind. I do know several people that didn't send the I-693 and had no issues. I had just waited several months already to file AOS and didn't want to risk an RFE and MORE waiting.
