earlier this year I was put in charge of filling thousands of easter eggs so I thought my holiday contributions were over for a few years. welllllllll...I guess I was wrong. my grandmother just called to tell me she is busy and would like me to fill all the stockings this year for her since I'm stuck sitting around anyways. I said ok even though I have one big issue with this...I just had surgery and I CAN'T DRIVE TO GET ANYTHING TO PUT IN THEM! sooooooo...my sister has agreed to go get the stockings (there's 30 of them!!!!!!!) from gma and then go buy stuff to put in them. gma normally puts stuff like candy, lottery tickets, etc in them but I thought I'd ask here for some ideas before I make my sister a list of stuff to buy. suggestions?????????? please! :)

There is a wine store in my town called Simply Wine. We stopped in today and picked up a bottle of Merlot for under $20 and a gift certificate for wine tasting for my parents. It's a nice little shop full of wine and accessories, with a bar and a few bar tables. $11.99 per person for sampling 6 wines. Also picked up a bottle of Port Wine for myself.

India, gun buyback and steamroll.
