Well, after almost 6 months of hearing nothing I received an e-mail today 12/10/09 that our visa was approved... Thanks to all of you for your support and help!

Hopefully Gavin will be home soon and We can finally start our lives together!!!!

Your visa likely wasnt but your PETITION was. From your timeline he hasnt even interviewd yet... unless you didnt update your timeline in which case you need to!!

5-2006: met in person in Tokyo. Much nicer than chatting

So we are sure it is so important for being together as a family.

Congratulations!!!! Just a few more steps and you will have that visa in hand. Try and get a jump on everything by getting your paperwork organized early. That way you can get your packet 3 sent back quick and reduce the time of geting your interview. Make sure you have your Full birth certificate and police certificate, if not then get them ordered ASAP. Best of Luck with the rest of your journey :)
