Just want to share my experience here from interview today in San Antonio. I had 10:00 am interview, thank god we (my husband and I) didn't have to drive for few hours. We got to the USCIS office 9:30, IO called me around 10:45. It was really easy, she didn't ask me for any documents but GC. She went through all the documents with me, she asked me to swore for the information that I gave to them is true. And than she give me the test; for the read and write test, she asked me to read 3 sentences, and than asked me to write 2 sentences that she dictated. For the civic test, She just asked 6 questions, because I got them right. Here the questions that she asked;

1. What is one right or freedom from the first amendment?

2. What are two rights in the declaration of independence?

3. Who is in charge of the executive branch?

4. If the President can no longer serve, who becomes president?

5. What are two ways that Americans can participate in their democracy?

6. Why does the flag have 50 stars?

Good news is I passed the interview, and waiting for the oath ceremony letter in the mail now. I hope will be arrive soon. Good luck for anyone here that will have interview.

anyway, I would like to ask, I know that my journey to becoming US citizen is still quite long, but I would like to know in advance where and how did you learn the civic test? so i could start reading thank you
