Hi. I just sent our I-129F off today and thought I'd kick it off for the November crowd. My fiance left the US and I'm already going crazy waiting for him to be back here, but it sounds like I've got to get used to the idea of being a bit lonely for several months yet.

Any other November filers to commiserate or be hopeful with?

Welcome! Your journey will take sometime yes, but recently cases have been adjudicated rather fast (at least from VSC) I was approved in 99 days and I have seen a lot of ppl that filed well after me approved in less. The service centers are hot and cold so it's never a sure thing. Hang in there you will meet a lot of great ppl going through the same process. It's rough but in the end it will be well worth it in the end. Hold tight, be prepared and informed and it will save you some sleepless nights.

Good luck Nov. filers!

Haven't received the hard copy of the NOA1, but my check was cashed this morning! Hopefully that means I can log in and check my status now. There are heaps of numbers on the back of the check - does anyone know which is the case number?

Mine was sent on 11/09, received on 11/10 and no action yet... has only been one day and a public holiday at that, but was surprised to see you check get cashed today. Lucky you. From what I have seen on here, the I-129F's are being processed very quickly in November... let's hope this keeps up!
