Sorry for confusing everyone. The husband has sent out the I-864 package already and NVC confirmed that they have received it. And that my DS-3032 is already "in the building". So Im wondering if that meant we should get the IV bill invoice soon.

I've updated my timeline already and again sorry for the confusion.

No problem... Keep checking the website to see when the IV fee bill is accepted, that is how you know the 3032 is accepted... Good luck

Check after 3PM and 10PM... They do their updates then...

Did you mean "updates after 3pm and 10pm" for AVR or for the online payment website? I think you said earlier that online payment website updates at 10 pm? which saves me time and nerves, thank you!

The website updates at 3 PM and 10 Pm and sometime in the early morning... The AVR seems to update in the morning and at 3PM... my observations and the timing of others updates and an operator once let it slip that she had to check for the 10PM update

Thank you so much, Christeen (F)! I will quote this to parents thread if you don't mind!

Just got off the phone with NVC to check on any updates. They have received the I-864 already but does not have any updates for the DS-3032. The lady who took my call said "it was in the building" already. Could it be that it is being reviewed already?

More waiting!

Hi Macy-how were you able to send your IV packet out so quickly?

There was no mention of the IV packet, Finn. Only things mentioned are I-864 (AOS) and DS-3032 (change of agent).

Mark :)

It was in their timeline you goofball! I think it was a mistake though...

That's okay Macy! Mark just thinks I'm hallucinating...

I asked this yesterday but didn't get a response...I know it takes at least two weeks now to get the 3032 and 864 accepted. But at some point is the AVR updated to say it's at least been received? I feel like I feel off the NVC face of the earth...

Our timeline:

2/88: We met in Sydney, Australia at a youth hostel! He's Finnish, I'm American-both were in our early 20s at the time and fresh out of college (so couldn't afford to visit each other's countries after that!). We had a three-day romance, then went our separate ways. He actually was going to Sydney a week later, but decided at the last minute to cut his trip short in another country and go early. Wow.

1988-1998: Wrote "snail mail" letters/sent Xmas cards, but lived our separate lives. I married someone else, divorced in 2006...he lived with someone for years and then that ended.

10/08: Because of a series of random life events, I Googled my Finn Man and found him (but no link to his email, and the website his name was on was in Estonian so I couldn't even read it!). It took me two weeks to find a link to someone else, who forwarded my email to him (we were both single at the time thankfully!!!!). The email went to his spam folder but he happened to check it that day and responded back to me immediately! This was after 10 years of no contact and almost 21 years of not seeing each other after we first met.

11/08-5/09: We traveled back and forth to visit each other. Love at first (second?) sight!

7/09: Married in Helsinki, Finland...after meeting randomly 21 1/2 years ago and finding each other again!!!!!

8/13/09: I-130 sent!!!!!!!!!

Rest is on my timeline!

Finn,

I just called the AVR and it finally said they received my 3032 form and will send further information in a few weeks. It did not say that last night when I called. As of yesterday afternoon, my IV fee bill was available to be paid and I got the email confirming my optin from Montreal.

It will come to you! I promise!!!!
