greg, I haven't even received my NOA'S I'm so sad. When I called I was told it was mailed on October 20

monicaolivo, you're the second one in our group that didn't receive the actual NOAs. shenan didn't receive them, but did receive the biometrics appointment letter. I don't know what that is. Delay in mail, or lost in mail?? I think they are mailed from Lee's Summit, Missouri.

Regardless, your case is being processed. You'll just need to respond to the RFE when you receive it.

You were able to check your case status online? How did you know your case number?

I got my case number by calling the 1800 number they were also able to tell me my biometrics was sent out and although they couldn't give me exact day it is the second week of November they said. They also said if it gets to me late I can go any wednesday after I get it. I'm praying I get the letter so I don't have to reschedule and delay my case. Thx for your responses greg

Hello everyone,

I am just back from a vacation, hope all are doing well!! :)

Greg, seems like a lot of people are having the question about location - was wondering if it was a good idea to have one column maybe next to username or bioappointment - that way maybe people can coordinate better abt walkins etc. Just a suggestion, sorry, you have to do all the work.. thanks!!! :)

Now, I can see my 765 status online as well - just that no progress has been made on it was 10/27/2009 - however, 485 has been touched almost every other day, last touch 11/02/2009!! Praying for me as well as for everyone, NO RFEs pleaase....

@monicaolivo: hi, i know ur worried right now but since they got ur package and had cashed ur check it should mean that u got an NOA1. I notice that most of the dates of letter and check encashments (as well as mine) that its NOA1 first before they encash the cheque. I hope that its just a little delay in the mail. by the way, how come you can check ur case online right now? where did you see the RFE online? I still cant access mine, been trying everyday since i got the letter.

@Greg.. Are you from California too? I didn't receive yet my Bio Letter.. How many days it took to receive your bio letter? 24 days right? I'm just so worried..

Hi km24, no, I'm in Hawaii (ACS is Honolulu). Yes, it took 24 days from the NOA date for me to receive the biometrics appt letter. You're about 17 days since your NOA date? I don't know how they do the scheduling of the bio appts. Maybe based on the workload of the local ACS office. It's no fun waiting for it. It's very disappointing each day when you check the mail and it's not there.

I sure hope you get it tomorrow.

Yes.. I'm starting to get anxious.. I received the NOA's last October 17.. But the Date on the NOA's is 14.. They recently touched my applications last Oct 26.. *Sigh*
