Where I'm from, we say "bathroom."

In China they call it the "WC." I assume it stands for water closet, but my wife doesn't know what it stands for, it's just the WC. There's even a hand symbol for it, it looks like the OK symbol, but with the thumb and index finger apart, to make the C, and the other fingers make the W.
