Ugh... Everyone, pray for me. I'm in the ER; I've been having palpitations and they got worse, occurring back to back. I am soooo hungry and this hospital seems so slow!

Good news & bad news. Good news: it's nothing serious. Bad news: anxiety. All my test results came back fine but after I pour my heart out to the doctor, he concluded that it's stress.

Guys, I really have been through a great deal for the past 2 months. After 18 months of testing & guessing what my illness was, I finally got a diagnosis in october (ulcerative colitis) and that alone left me worried. As if that wasn't enough, I was robbed 4 days later. I became even more stressed waiting ages for my NOA2 and now I'm just really anxious to go see my honey.

Of course they gave me pills but my honey suggested I not take them because he'll makesure I'm stress free while I'm there. So in other words, he said "suffer for 1 more week until I see you!" (smile)

Thanks for all the well wishes, I appreciate it and pray for me that from now on, I'll sit my butt down, relax & not worry about everything.

Thanks Kayla.

4Lovewelive: I've lost a lot of hair as well as sleep. I get up @ 1-3 am & not go back to sleep until 2-3 hours later, of course when it's almost time to get up.

As far as tips, I used all that time to ORGANIZE! I organized & re-decorated my room, bathroom & kitchen. everything is in place & easiest to find. All my paper work are labeled & seperated in folders & in 1 bag.

I also threw out unimportant things & papers to free up some space.

If you don't have the time like I do or already have things in your home organized, you can make a deal w/ your honey. For instance, me & my honey sends each other text messages that offer words of encouragement. It can be a poem, prayer or simple "I love u"

But stres is horrible & can have very unpleasant effects so try not to worry.

I am so sorry you are stressed.. I hope you are feeling better soon. Maybe you can check if there is a Zen massage in your area. Occasionally I go and have one, they are about $39 and I feel much better after one when I am stressed. Take care of yourself.

kejnkins86 - so sorry to hear what you've been going through. hope your honey gives lots of massages and other kinds of stress relief! :D:whistle:

i bet we can all relate to the stress this process gives everyone. first you have all the stress that already naturally occurs in life, like work stresses, health issues, day to day things that crop up...and of course we are all incredibly far from the one person that we probably want around when we're feeling stress. then on top of that the stress of a long distance relationship (which can be HUGE) and this loong visa process, not knowing if we'll be approved, all the what ifs, all the lonely times...it really takes its toll. i haven't had a good night's sleep since october, when i was with my honey.

i'm just thankful that there are people (you guys! :)) who can relate and understand a lot of what i'm going through. i wish i could give you all a great big hug! :)

hope everyone has a wonderful day...

Now I know why handfuls of my hair come out in the shower every morning. Damn stress. I keep a headache nowadays, too. It's probably a toss-up between work and the visa stuff that's causing it. I just want to get this over with, get married, have kids, and be a housewife already(;))!

Mom is home with me now. I'm going grocery shopping and then to get some yummy lo mein noodles.

You're right. It helps to talk to people who are going through the same things and can understand you. My honey is actually verrrrry supportive and encourages me a lot. He is giving me precious advice on how to handle stress and worry less. I couldnt ask for more. Its just that I have been a person who worries too much all my life so Im still trying to change this.

Maybe we should all get together next year when we will be with our future husbands / wives. We should have a big party or something :)

Kjenkins86 I'm glad to hear you're better. Stress is the terrible thing and a powerfull killer. I don't know anybody withous stress.

Our journeys are on the top of the list of stresfull situations...we are far away from our loves, stressed with so many things in connection with that and if you are a person who wants everything be perfect and in order, you are the best candidate for anxiety.

You have to slow down and let your dear to take care of you. :star:

Gaynto:ok I'll check because I can use a massage just about now.

PaciencayFe: Girl, I know I don't even have to ask for "a massage & other kinds of stress relief" Just 1 look & I'll be in heaven...

Kayla: Yes, we all know good & well how stressful this process is. I thought I was the only one who's excited to get married, have kids & be a house wife. Whenever I go on vacation, I always rent an apartment and barely eat out and the best part ever is to see him happy when he comes home from work to dinner as opposed to fast food. The worst part? Having customs question me as to why 1 of my suitcase is a portable kitchen! Lol

Hope your mom is doing great!

4Lovewelive:I'm on the same page w/ you, I worry too much. I just can't stand to see things imperfect.

Pertaining to the party, that'd be a great idea but the question is "are we all going to remain on VJ once our new & exciting life begins?" Lets see.
