why oh why hasn't our petition been touched since it arrived on the first desk almost 3 weeks ago? I feel ignored :crying:

I keep seeing the same date over and over, sept. 21, and nothing changes. I read that in Vermont they are going much faster now than in the past months. why is California so slow? :(

Im with you on that. its been a month for us....no touch...nothing

lets try to think positive... maybe we'll get approved soon...as in next month soon :star:

I really hope so, next month would be just perfect :D

the more I think about how long it will take and the more I keep checking the USCIS website to see if something moved...well, the more stomachache I get, seriously.

I hate the waiting, knowing that then you have to wait for the next step. And the thought of waiting for Naples! UGH!

And the thought of GOING to Naples...

They probably chose Napoli instead of Milan or Rome as a test. if you're ready to go there, then it must be real love.

The worst part of the wait is that I haven't seen her since July 28th when I left the airport in Warsaw,Poland on my flight back home to Florida. Don't know when I will be able to see her again cause I can't get time off and the visits to my home country are costing a lot now. Good luck to everyone who filed in September. I'm at VSC so hopefully I'm counting on maybe seeing her by her birthday in Feb 2010 :)

I know what you mean. I am now saving my days off so that I can go be with her for the interview. Already the longest stretch for us without seeing each other.

If I saw another touch this early, I would be worried it was an RFE. I'm with you.. would rather have it sit there and then get that LAST touch..

Sorry.. I didn't mean to make you worry with my post!!! I would just assume I got one, because when I first sent my packet I thought I had forgotten to sign the darn I-129F. I didn't.. but even though I have gone over everything I sent, and have found NOTHING they could give me an RFE for I would just assume I was getting one.. because that would be my luck!

Non ti preoccupare! Everything will be fine. If you filled out everything correctly, it won't be a RFE. Even if you didn't AND you get an RFE, you send them the required evidence and you are ready to go. Better to have them ask for more evidence now, when you have time to collect it and send it back to them in a timely manner than to have there not be enough evidence come your fiance's visa interview. So either way will be for the best in the end.

All this aside, touches do not mean RFEs. :D

p.s. Also, no matter what happens you have your own support group right here, hang in there, hope for the best.
